On a practical level, the Thematic School (TS) will take place at the Miléade Village Club & Hotels in Carry-le-Rouet. 
Registration fees are 
€600 for non-CNRS staff (public or private), 
€300 for doctoral students, and free for CNRS staff (as they are covered directly by the institution) and speakers. 
They cover accommodation and meal costs for the entire duration of the Thematic School .
At this stage, no payment is required; after your application is accepted, a link to the Azur Colloques 
website will be sent to you to finalize your registration.
